As part of our marketing function, we are expanding our CRM capability and seeking a CRM Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage prospective students. This is a hands‑on, collaborative and creative role that sits at the heart of our Student Recruitment & Marketing strategy.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the University Marketing Team and collaborate with teams across school engagement, admissions and academic services.
- Support the technical setup and deployment of CRM campaigns using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Plan and deliver A/B testing across copy, email design and customer journeys, continually identifying improvements.
- Build, interpret and share regular performance reports to drive optimisation and future planning.
- Write engaging recruitment emails and source appropriate graphics that enhance the user experience.
- Ensure all CRM content reflects the University of Hull brand, tone and identity.
- Apply strong audience‑segmentation skills to create targeted and effective nurture pathways.
- Develop personalised and interactive email communications, spanning content‑led and direct‑response formats.
