This is a fantastic opportunity to join UniSQ’s Curriculum and Quality team, where your work will have a direct impact on the quality and delivery of academic programs across the University. What you'll do

Your work will directly support the quality delivery of academic programs and courses and help ensure UniSQ remains compliant with key frameworks such as the Higher Education Standards Framework, Australian Qualifications Framework, and ESOS requirements. In your first 6-12 months in the role, you will provide high-level curriculum administration support and will be responsible for:

  • Supporting academic and professional staff with curriculum and data management activities
  • Creating, maintaining and managing curriculum data in UniSQ’s curriculum management system and Handbook
  • Providing training and targeted support to staff using curriculum systems and processes
  • Producing accurate, timely reports to support planning, compliance and decision-making
  • Maintaining data quality and integrity in line with internal policy and external regulatory requirements

What will help you succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification with relevant experience in a service delivery or administrative environment, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services in a busy environment
  • Confidence using systems to manage complex data and information accurately
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and continuous improvement

Salary: Total remuneration range $94,129 to $106,754 pa (includes salary range of $79,383 to $90,031 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
