About the Role
Located within the Academic Program Innovation (API) unit and reporting to the Manager, Curriculum and Accreditation, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the quality and integrity of academic programs.
As a key member of the Curriculum and Accreditation team, you will play a central role in supporting course accreditation activities, ensuring robust records management, and contributing to quality assurance processes. You’ll also provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to academic committees, while partnering closely with academic staff to provide advice on curriculum development, accreditation requirements, and University policies.
Working collaboratively across the API unit, you’ll help deliver a high standard of service to stakeholders and support continuous improvement across academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end course accreditation processes and curriculum reporting
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance activities
- Provide secretariat support for academic committees
- Advise academic staff on curriculum development, accreditation, and policy requirements
- Analyse data and prepare detailed reports and dashboards
- Collaborate across teams to deliver responsive, high-quality stakeholder service

About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
You will demonstrate:
- The ability to work autonomously, applying sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and reporting capability
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in systems such as Student One, Power BI, and databases highly regarded
- Experience using SQL and Power BI to develop dashboards (desirable)
- Knowledge of the higher education sector and tertiary environments
Qualifications
A degree or advanced diploma with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
