Reporting to the Curriculum Manager – Medical Program, this full-time role sits within the broader Curriculum Team in Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. As an integral member of the professional services team, you will provide high-quality administrative support that contributes to the planning and delivery of curriculum functions for the Medical Program.

The role supports a broad range of curriculum activities, including logistical planning and coordination of advanced clinical practice teaching sessions, timetabling, rostering of clinical educators, and assistance with assessment and education exchange activities. Working closely with academic and professional staff across the Faculty and wider University, you will also provide high-level advice and administrative support that helps deliver a high-quality learning experience for students in the postgraduate phase of the Medical Program.

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine welcomes applications from candidates with experience in service-oriented roles who work effectively as part of a team, bring a customer-focused approach, and contribute positively to team outcomes. About the person

We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on working autonomously, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team in a busy and growing environment. The successful candidate will be a natural organiser and strong relationship-builder, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the Faculty and University. 

In addition, the ideal candidate will bring:

  • strong administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • the ability to develop and implement effective administrative and quality processes and procedures
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • proficiency across multiple software platforms, including Blackboard/iLearn and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • advanced Excel skills, with experience in related systems such as TimeEdit viewed favourably

Salary details

The salary for the position will commence at $83,210.75 plus 12% superannuation per annum.
