"Custodial Foreperson"

This position is responsible for organizing and supervising teams of cleaning staff to ensure clean, safe and well-supplied facilities for students, staff and visitors.

• Provide daily leadership to cleaning staff
• Coordinate cleaning schedules
• Train staff and evaluate performance
• Plan and execute major cleaning projects
• Perform custodial duties
• Document and report needed repairs and security and safety issues
• Other duties as assigned
