Priority Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Dust, sweep, mop and vacuum and strip and wax floors, stairways and corridors. Empty trash receptacles and bag trash for proper disposal.
2. Determine type of chemicals and equipment necessary for specific cleaning tasks
3. Clean restrooms and restock paper and soap supplies
4. Clean windows, walls, furniture and other items as assigned or as necessary
5. Properly lock and unlock doors for cleaning purposes; ensure all windows and doors are secured as appropriate when leaving

General Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up rooms for various functions using a work order for direction
2. Perform routine maintenance to custodial equipment and maintain/order supplies
3. Operate a service vehicle as required to perform duties
4. Available for call back and scheduled overtime, as required
5. Other duties as assigned or as necessary
