The Customer Service Assistant serves as an integral part of the Capital Campus Copy & Mail team, assisting with all aspects of the campus's mail and copying needs. This position serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in need of assistance with printing needs, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Supervisor, the role is responsible for:
- Providing top-notch copy and mail services and providing any relevant troubleshooting.
- Operating high-volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, mail meters, as well as other finishing devices.
Work Interactions: This position reports directly to the Customer Services Supervisor in the Capital Campus Copy & Mail Center. The incumbent will interact with a wide variety of constituents including faculty, administrators, staff, and students.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-volume copy machines and postage metering equipment as well as a variety of post-production finishing devices

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $17.50 - $26.16. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
