We are united in our mission of conquering cancer, HIV/AIDS, and related diseases. We strive to create an inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment where we provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all backgrounds, and design programs to promote public health particularly among high-risk and underserved populations. We conduct groundbreaking research that advances treatment, we educate tomorrow's physician/researchers, and we work with amazing partners, including other Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals.

The Department of Medical Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) is seeking board-eligible/board-certified internists and oncologists to serve as oncology hospitalists for the care of cancer patients at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Both day and night positions are available. We seek qualified applicants who embrace the clinical complexity/acuity of a tertiary/quarternary care oncologic service and are capable of guiding outstanding, humanistic, team-based care rooted in strong relationships with patients and families.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments with interests in developing a professional focus in the field of quality improvement, operational efficiency, and education in the context of a major academic medical system.
