Data Steward / Project Manager for Regional Collaboration in Data-Driven Healthcare
Job Summary: This role involves developing a blueprint for the agreements framework of the Nijmegen Health Data Space, coordinating regional infrastructure for data-driven healthcare, and fostering collaborations to create a learning healthcare system that improves public health.
Responsibilities: Analyze the needs of data owners and users; Establish connections with existing data initiatives; Select an appropriate data management methodology; Develop an agreements framework for collecting, storing, and using health data; Create a blueprint to support the regional data infrastructure.
Qualifications and Requirements: A completed university education, preferably in health sciences or equivalent experience; Affinity with research, with a PhD being a plus; Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms; Ability to build networks, motivate stakeholders, and handle complex environments with a proactive and analytical approach.
What the Employer Offers: A fixed-term contract for 2 years with potential extension; Gross monthly salary between €3,598 and €5,669 for a full-time position (36 hours per week); 8% vacation pay, 8.3% end-of-year bonus, and possible irregular hours allowance; 176 vacation hours per year based on a 36-hour workweek; Opportunities for professional development in a dynamic environment at Radboudumc.
