"Department Analyst"

San José State University’s Charles W. Reporting to the Director of Resources and Operations, the Department Analyst will perform administrative and supervisory duties under general direction but works independently to achieve specified outcomes for the college and designated department(s). The Department Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support in the areas of budget analysis, coordination of fiscal resources, personnel/human resources, academics and scheduling, health and safety, office administration, and communication. The Department Analyst will provide back-up support to departments as assigned, and will serve as an on-site supervisor to student employees.
