Bard College seeks a Deputy Title IX Coordinator to join the Office of Title IX and Nondiscrimination. Reporting to the Title IX Coordinator, the Deputy Title IX Coordinator works collaboratively to manage the daily operations of intake, supportive measures, and triage. This role responds to reports of sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, and gender-based discrimination. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator ensures institutional compliance with Title IX, VAWA, and Clery Act regulations while leading prevention and education initiatives for both Bard College and Simon’s Rock.

- Case management and triage: Receive and review reports and coordinate supportive measures, such as no contact orders and academic accommodations, to ensure equal access to education
