The University of Sheffield is seeking an experienced and imaginative Development Manager to drive our strategic vision for sport, enriching the lives of our diverse community of students and staff.

This is a leadership opportunity to shape culture and impact. You'll lead a high-performing team, setting goals and innovating across all initiatives—from student engagement and elite athlete support to facility planning and essential commercial activities. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, your vision will align our work with the University’s broader strategic aims.

We need a proactive collaborator, fluent in building strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners like the Students Union, Yorkshire and Universities nationwide, BUCS, Sport England, and Yorkshire Sport. You will support high-profile events, enhance our reputation, and ensure our facilities are thriving hubs of activity.
