The role will lead on the planning, coordination, and delivery of content across the IIS website, newsletters, social media channels, and digital learning platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing editorial calendars, developing compelling content, overseeing digital newsletters, supporting podcast production, and ensuring that digital communications are engaging, accurate, accessible, and aligned with the IIS brand and tone of voice.

What we're looking for
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in communications, journalism, digital media, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong track record of copywriting and editing for web, digital, and social media channels.
- Excellent editorial judgement, with the ability to transform complex and scholarly material into compelling, accessible content.
- Experience managing content plans, editorial workflows, and multi-stage review and approval processes.
- Ability to analyse digital performance and audience engagement data to inform content planning and continuous improvement.
- Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital communications best practice would be advantageous.
- Experience of podcast production, audio recording, editing, and content distribution would be beneficial.
