Director of Administration
The Director of Administration is a key member of the department's administrative leadership team, partnering with the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, and Chief of Staff. The position has primary responsibility for the department's "people functions"--- Academic Affairs, Human Resources, Training and Development, Compliance, and Workflow Design and Process Improvement for administrative functions. The position fosters collaboration across administrative teams, drives continuous improvement using data and LEAN methodologies, optimizes workflows, and ensures compliance with university policies.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $143,900 - $215,800 (Annual Rate).
