SUMMARY
The Director of Enrollment Operations provides leadership for the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of enrollment operations, the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and enrollment technology in support of Cornerstone University's enrollment goals. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Enrollment Management, this position leads the Enrollment Operations team and is responsible for maintaining data integrity, optimizing operational processes, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the effective delivery of enrollment services across all enrollment populations.
Working collaboratively with Enrollment Management, Student Financial Services, Technology Support, and third-party partners, the Director develops efficient, scalable processes that support data-informed decision-making, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve the enrollment experience. This position champions the innovative and responsible use of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen enrollment operations and support the university's Christ-centered mission.
