The Director of Marketing is a strategic and visionary leader responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Drive brand strategy and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, social media, and content strategy, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to think strategically while executing tactically. Must be available to work independently and unconventional hours. Occasional travel may be required for conferences, events, and client meetings.
