Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated hiring salary is $110,000 - $130,000 per year and is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Eligible employees are also able to participate in the fee waiver education program.
Job Summary
The Director of University Farm Operations serves in a full-time, twelve-month management position (MPP) and reports to the Dean of the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (Jordan College), with overall oversight by the Provost.
