LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 37.5 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other hours, as necessary.
STARTING PAY RANGE: $22.90 - $24.69 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.*
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing and processing district-wide dual credit applications and providing support to internal and external stakeholders for the entire dual credit process, with emphasis on programming related to Start College Now, Transcripted Credit, and Academies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process dual credit applications, including application tracking, course approval, prerequisite qualifications, and course enrollment on pre-established cadence, ensuring adherence to college- and Wisconsin Technical College System policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Use Coaching as the guiding framework for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with NWTC school district team leads on communications to K12 students and counselors related to dual credit programming.
- Support the development of marketing materials for dual credit programming.
- Support K12 Pathways in-person and virtual events.
- Participate on project teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Minimum two years of related experience within K12 and/or higher education.
- Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom), and student information systems (e.g., Infinite Campus, Workday).

- Extended Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or attending meetings

- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using hands and fingers to handle or operate office equipment, tools, or controls.
- Visual and Auditory: Ability to read documents and communicate effectively with students and staff.
- Light Lifting: Capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
