About the role:
Are you passionate about customer service and student experience?
Our Faculty of Health, with the largest student cohort, is recruiting for a highly organised and student-focused Education Advisor to join our busy Education Team. Working closely with the Education team and academic staff, this position ensures course and program information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with university standards. This position is central to enhancing the student experience by supporting students from admission through to graduation while contributing to initiatives that improve student retention and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service, respond to enquiries from prospective students, current students, and alumni via CRM, email, phone, and in person
- Manage a portfolio of student and course administration activities, including Admissions, Course progression and completion, study plans and Academic integrity
- Coordinate faculty participation in events such as Open Days, Welcome Weeks, and recruitment activities
- Build strong working relationships with academic staff, coordinators, and university stakeholders
- Resolve issues collaboratively and contribute to continuous improvement
- Deliver administrative assistance to the Senior Education Coordinators and Education Manager

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in student administration, higher education, or a related field will be advantageous (but not essential)
- Ability to interpret policies and apply them in a practical, student-centred way
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across teams
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving the student experience
