About the Role
This is your opportunity to contribute to a pioneering national model of degree‑based apprenticeships. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of industry and higher education, helping deliver industry‑standard, career‑ready graduates. You will play a key part in strengthening students’ real‑world learning experiences through meaningful engagement with industry and community partners, enhancing their readiness for the workforce.
Coordination is central to the position. You will lead the delivery of project tasks, timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements to support education partnership activities. This includes managing logistics and operational elements for partnership events, community engagement activities, workshops, and related initiatives.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders — including industry partners, schools, community organisations and government agencies — to support effective partnerships and contribute to high‑quality project outcomes. You will also maintain accurate records and prepare draft reports, briefing notes, presentations and other documentation to support clear and consistent communication.
At the heart of this role is Flinders University’s recently released 2035 vision to improve the lives of 10 million people over the next decade. A key example of this impact is the University’s nation‑leading Degree‑Based Apprenticeships program, which expands workforce participation and builds the skills South Australia needs for the future.
