Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:

Incumbent performs electrocardiograms, Holter monitor testing / scanning, and data management.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of medical terminology, infectious control techniques and age related acuity levels
• One year of experience in an acute care setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a certificate of completion of Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia class
• Knowledge of complex cardiac arrhythmias
• Experience in recognition of arrhythmia
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to maintain flexibility and work well in a constantly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Title 22 and JCAHO standards
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
• Ability to instruct others in the use of equipment and performance of procedures

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support
