Basic Function:

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing, the Enrollment Marketing Manager provides operational leadership and oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated enrollment marketing initiatives that drive undergraduate recruitment, financial aid engagement, and enrollment outcomes.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule of up to 40% remote work, subject to University policy.

Representative Duties:

  • Lead the marketing CRM strategy to support enrollment goals by developing undergraduate enrollment campaigns; including planning multiple content calendars, proposing and promoting events, guiding creative content generation, performing light copywriting, overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, digital, print). E
  • Oversee and manage undergraduate print and digital marketing projects; including undergraduate collateral. E
  • Lead planning and coordination timelines for campaigns, communications, and recruitment initiatives. E
  • Develop and implement conversion-focused strategies to move prospective students through the enrollment funnel. E
  • Configure, manage, and optimize Technolutions Slate tools (queries, rules, forms, portals, events) to support enrollment goals. E
  • Oversee and enhance lead generation and cultivation strategies to drive applications and enrollment. E
  • Ensure and continuously improve the prospective student journey within Technolutions Slate through data-informed decision-making and campaign optimization. E
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Of:

  • Marketing and project planning principles
  • Effective marketing tactics, techniques and creative execution
  • The fundamentals of grammar, syntax, style and punctuation
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Google Analytics
  • Copywriting

Ability To:

  • Lead and collaborate effectively with staff and senior leadership members across campus.
  • Work independently while using sound situational judgment.
  • Work with broad audiences on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Be proactive and organized to build relationships with other departments to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Review marketing copy and oversees that the voice and tone is consistent with brand standards.
  • Work effectively within an email distribution software system (such as MailChimp); and a CRM solution (such as Slate or Salesforce).
  • Think creatively and strategically while using an institutional lens.
  • Operate a computer and other office equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination equivalent to a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a professional marketing, advertising, or public relations environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with email or other direct response marketing.
Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM.
A master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Physical Abilities:

Detect to understand appropriate written correspondence; operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; communicate to exchange information in person, in writing, on the telephone and by email; stationary position for extended periods of time; move or transport light objects; position self to store and/or retrieve files

Working Environment:

Professional office environment with heavy computer use and frequent meetings in all areas of campus.
