Enterprise Executive Leader - Periop Transformation

UCSF Health seeks a visionary healthcare executive to serve as Enterprise Leader for Perioperative Transformation, a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding system-wide transformation across surgical operations, education, and workforce development. This position partners directly with senior perioperative leadership to shape long-range planning, optimize organizational structures, and drive innovation in perioperative care delivery across UCSF campuses.

The Enterprise Leader will lead initiatives that elevate surgical outcomes, standardize education, and foster collaboration across clinical teams, academic departments, and external partners, advancing UCSF's mission of excellence in academic medicine and patient-centered care.

The salary range for this position is $300,000 - $350,000 (Annual Rate).Placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
