Job Summary

The Environmental Services Technician (EVS) is responsible for executing the daily duties required to establish and maintain a safe, clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing learning, research and care environment...

Responsibilities

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

• FLOOR CLEANING: Cleans, disinfects and/or vacuums all common area floors...
• COMMON AREA CLEANING: Thoroughly cleans lobbies and public rest rooms daily...
• GENERAL CLEANING: Spot cleans offices...
• POLICIES: Follows established policies and procedures...
• EQUIPMENT USE: Use and maintain assigned equipment...
• EVENT SUPPORT: Assist in Event Setup and breakdown...
• RESTROOM CLEANING: Ensures rest rooms are thoroughly cleaned...
• LAB CLEANING: Cleans and disinfects lab floors...
• OTHER DUTIES: Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent... OR One year of experience in a similar position...

Preferred Qualifications

Industrial/commercial cleaning experience. Valid State Driver's License.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE: Solid work history. Proficient in Microsoft Office...

Shift/Salary/Benefits
