AUT's Future Students Team within the Brand & Marketing Services Division are looking for an experienced Event Administrator to work across our broad range of internal and external events, including supporting our most loved annual event, our open day – AUT LIVE.

Key Accountabilities:
- Event administration support – run sheets, programmes, guest lists, asset management, ordering, event enquiry coordination, meeting coordination, calendar management, team support
- System coordination – Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Planner, Forms, OneNote, Excel, Sharepoint, Surveys), booking systems, registration/check in app, webinar platform
- Marketing support – briefing, campaign support, PowerPoint assistance,
- Relationship and stakeholder management – internal and external
- Communications – working with prospective students, whānau, schools, volunteers, staff
- Health and safety support
About you | Ko wai koe
If you’re the kind of person who isn’t afraid to try new things... To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in event administration and event coordination (preferred)
- Knowledge in the marketing services (preferred)
- Event Management qualifications (preferred)
- Have some experience working in the tertiary sector... (preferred)
- Events system experience - webinar/live stream, registration, booking systems, Microsoft 365 suite of applications
- Budgeting experience
- Communication driven
- Self-management skills (organization and time management)
- Ability to adapt to variable situations...
- Excellent relationship building skills...
- The ability to connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- A commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion...
In addition, this role requires:
- NZ full drivers' licence
- A safety check, as a children's worker role...

Further Information | Pārongo Anō
- Start Date: 30th March onward
- Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $62,000 - $81,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
