Job Description:

Exercise some judgment to comply with instructions and established procedures in performing a sequence of operations.

Education and Experience:

High school education and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

One year of experience in food services.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the physical arrangement for functions and events, such as setting up stands, tables, chairs, and table settings.
• Gather food, equipment and supplies for delivery to functions.
• Load, unload and operate vans and trucks used in delivering food and supplies to campus.
• Receive and check deliveries against invoices and move items to proper sites.
• Rotate stock for proper usage.
• Clean up after functions including washing and storing dishes and packing up unused food and supplies.
• Assist in preparation and serving of food when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly area by cleaning and maintaining stands, vending rooms, loading docks, freezers, coolers, storeroom and storage areas.
• Take inventory.
