division-wide meetings, including all-staff meetings and engagement
activities.
Assisting the Director with projects and deliverables related
to key priorities or initiatives for the division or
university.
This individual regularly handles confidential material and
information and exercises discretion in doing so. They will perform
other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation and
responsiveness of the division.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience in an
office environment. Candidate must be a mature professional who can
manage and facilitate an intense workload and produce quality
results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal
skills. Must be able to manage multiple priority projects at once
with ease and efficiency. Must be a self-starter who is highly
motivated, can think independently and analytically, is organized,
and extremely detail oriented. Must be proactive, anticipate
problems, and be resourceful to find workable solutions, and should
work well with others at all levels. Proficiency with MS Office
products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
is required. Skills in using AI tools to productively and
efficiently deliver quality work are a plus. Experience in higher
education is not needed, nor is it desired.
This role requires an in-person presence five days a week. Some
evening and weekend hours may be required.

- Provide high-level administrative support for the Senior Vice
President.
- Maintain a busy executive calendar, organize and prepare for
meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel, track and
prepare Concur reports.

meetings and events.
- Performs other duties as required to ensure the smooth
operation and responsiveness of the department.

Expected Hiring Range:
$60,315.00 - $85,192.50
With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend
on several factors, which may include your education, experience,
location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay
comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
