Job Description
We are seeking a mature, dependable, and service-oriented Executive to join our Programme Operations & Client Services team on a one-year contract. This role is integral to the smooth delivery of our Master’s and Executive Education programmes, supporting both operational and client-facing functions to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
Job Description
- Assist the Admissions Team in processing applications for Master’s Programmes, including document handling and applicant communications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare pre-Board of Admissions (BOA) materials, including analysis and reporting.
- Provide operational and administrative support for programme delivery, including enrolment, feedback collection, and examination logistics.
- Support the planning and execution of commencement ceremonies and other programme-related events.
- Assist with data reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks related to programme operations and student services as required.
Qualifications
- A recognised degree in any discipline, with relevant experience in programme administration or client services, preferably within an education or training institution.
- Mature and dependable, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and administrative systems.
