Executive/Senior Executive/Asst Manager, Open Contract (Corporate Relations)
Job Purpose
This position is required to support Department webpage, publicity, outreach, corporate communication, visitors, events, PR, industry liaison and other administrative works for the Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Department website and social media channels:
- design, update news, and maintain corporate social media and website
- corporate brand management - ensure all public-facing materials are consistent
- Department publicity and outreach
- support open house, conferences, events, admission drives
- design event flyers, corporate slide decks, and other designing needs
- Media relations
- coordinate with internal and external corporate communications teams on annual report, news releases, publicity submissions
- Alumni relations and industry engagement matters
- to support fundraising, sponsorship, activities, giving matters
- Support other ad-hoc or cross-functional activities on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- BSc Degree with or without experience
- Excellent command of verbal and written communications skills
- Familiar with (or interested in) webpage design, graphic design, digital platform or social media management
- Good problem-solving skills and creative thinker
- IT savvy, good software skills and able to multitask and work under pressure
- Committed, customer service oriented and sociable
- Team player
