systems and related equipment
Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical components such as
conduit, wiring, electrical panels, breakers, switchgear, magnetic
starters, disconnects, and motors
Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including temperature
controls, regulators, humidity controllers, sensors, pneumatic
control valves, and regulators
Completing scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on
emergency generators and automatic transfer switch gears.
Conducting electronic diagnostics, testing, and repairs on
generator systems and related equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on
electrical systems to avoid downtime and improve system
longevity.
Repairing and maintaining lighting systems, including fixtures,
ballasts, switches, and receptacles
Work with the Facilities Management team to address maintenance
needs and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on
improving the student living experience.
Respond to service requests promptly, completing work orders
and ensuring all maintenance issues are resolved effectively
Maintaining records of repairs and maintenance performed
Managing work orders in Team Dynamix
Adhere to safety standards, building codes, and environmental
regulations while performing tasks, ensuring the safety of
students, staff, and the general public.
Support Plumbing and HVAC repair and maintenance as part of the
Facilities Maintenance team to ensure proper function across
student housing facilities.
