About the Department and/or College

Major/Essential Functions

• Manage receipt distribution process from inception to delivery, manage pledge reminder distribution process and serve as the primary information resource for gift receipting and pledges.
• Assist with allocation and fund maintenance.
• Assist with financial reconciliations, reporting and other departmental projects.
• Assist with the new fund request process.
• Live and promote the shared values of the Texas Tech University System - People First, Integrity, Community, Resilience, and Exemplary Service.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business or accounting degree.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.).

Pay Range

$25.91 - $33.70 - $41.44
