Tennessee State University Department of Title III invites applications for the position of Fiscal Analyst III.

Job overview:

Responsible for efficiently processing of purchase and travel requisitions, procurement, account reconciliations, budget revisions, and other related budgetary matters.

Monitor all budgets for compliance with federal legislation, state regulations, and university guidelines.

Assists the Executive Director in reviewing all grant proposals.

Prepares quarterly and yearly financial reports.

Oversees daily entries into SciQuest/Banner System.

Assist with labor distributions, monthly report and processes labor redistribution.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
