Duties
- Ensuring all food and drinks are served to highest standard at all functions including cafeteria, fine dining, commercial and formal college events
- Providing management support to the Manciple and Deputy Manciple and deputise in their absence
- Assisting in managing Food & Beverage Assistants, Food and Beverage Supervisors and Casual Waiting Staff to ensuring highest standards of performance
- Assisting with managing manpower planning requirements in order to ensure a satisfactory service levels, in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Supervisory experience in hospitality and/or college environment is essential.
Good previous work references are essential.
