Education/Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or high school equivalency general education degree (GED) required. Please be sure to list relevant experience on your application materials.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of customer service and cash handling experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email and internet; familiarity with ticketing software a plus
- Motivated, self-directed; strong administrative and communication skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Enthusiasm and passion for the arts
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
