Excellent Customer Service Broad knowledge of: computer brands/parts (Apple, Dell, etc.) memory hard drive graphics accessory brands headphones & ear buds USB cables & chargers Essential programs being used everyday: NetSuite General technical knowledge with an ability to communicate that knowledge well Setup and Take down of Demos and installing security cables Register/Check Out trained must be able to confidently handle: Cash Credit/Debit card payments closing register for end of day business Must adhere to University PCI compliance Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Preferred Qualifications Personable and customer driven. Good communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. These skills are essential.
