General Summary

Individuals in this position will complete janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping or maintenance tasks.

Essential Job Functions

Completes in-house demolition work
Cleans and maintains safe work areas
Loads, unloads, and cleans vehicles
Removes trash and recyclables
Paint and refresh spaces after construction
Operates motor vehicles
Assists craftspeople performing building and grounds maintenance
Sweeps floors and sidewalks, rakes leaves and operates grounds maintenance equipment
Maintains clean and safe work areas
Assist in beautification of campus grounds
Performs other duties as required
