Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our global programmes — both established initiatives and new developments — along with broader international partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

Facilitating student transfers and coordinating inbound visits

Managing partnership enquiries and stakeholder communications

Assisting with logistics for short-term programmes

Preparing documentation such as invitation letters and invoices

Processing commission payments and supporting financial administration

Coordinating travel bookings and providing general office support

You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth delivery of international programmes and supporting the wider International and Engagement Office team.

A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to health and safety policies is essential.

Salary range for this role is $71,275 to $87,024 per annum, depending on skills, knowledge, and experience. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Hillcrest Campus.
