Graduate Recruitment and Partnerships Counselor
Position Summary
The Graduate Recruitment and Partnerships Counselor supports the growth and visibility of North Central College's graduate programs. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Graduate Admission, this full-time position leads outreach, recruitment, and partnership-building efforts for a select group of graduate programs.
Description of Key Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean for Graduate Admission to design and implement a comprehensive outreach and recruitment plan that meets graduate enrollment goals.
- Manage a caseload of prospective students, ensuring timely communication, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-up from inquiry through matriculation.
- Conduct recruitment through individual meetings, group sessions, school district visits, webinars, and participation in external and internal recruitment events.
- Review and evaluate student admission applications.
- Research and identify new audiences and partnership opportunities with K–12 districts, professional organizations, and community partners to promote programs.
- Collaborate with the Graduate Communications and Systems Specialist to design, schedule, and analyze targeted CRM-driven campaigns and track engagement data.
- Support development of marketing and recruitment materials (digital and print) in partnership with the Enrollment Marketing.
- Plan and assist with the coordination of on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including information sessions, open houses, and yield activities.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with school district leaders, alumni, and other stakeholders to build sustainable recruitment pipelines.
- Represent North Central College and its initiatives at conferences, professional association events, and education fairs.
- Support and contribute to the mission and strategic priorities of North Central College, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and student-centered environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Two or more years of experience in recruitment, admissions, or partnership development, preferably in higher education or K–12 outreach.
Licenses or Certifications:
A valid Illinois driver's license and acceptable driving record is required.
