Job Summary/Basic Functions

Group Fitness Instructors will lead an organized and welcoming class for patrons of all fitness levels. Instructors will be responsible for the planning and execution of all details of their classes, including administrative duties such as attendance, music selection, and cleaning/sanitizing procedures. Instructor must have certification, training, or previous experience in a specialized area such as yoga, cycling, Zumba, Pound, Barre, HIIT, CrossFit, kickboxing/martial arts, aerobics, etc. Instructors should be willing to learn to teach 2-3 other formats in order to serve as substitute instructor as needed. Certification is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in specialized group fitness format is preferred but not required.
