About the role:
The Head of Ed Tech and AV Services provides strategic leadership for learning technology, digital education, and AV-enabled teaching environments across the Faculty.
What you would be doing:
The postholder drives effective, ethical, and inclusive use of digital and physical learning technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment across our programmes. The role champions pedagogical innovation, supports staff in embedding learning technologies and AI-enabled tools into curriculum design and delivery, and ensures alignment with institutional priorities, sector best practice, and governance requirements. The post holder is responsible for planning, managing, and continuously improving faculty-wide learning technology and AV services.
Imperial is currently transforming its digital education with the rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS), powered by Canvas. More information regarding the rollout can be found here.
