• Total Remuneration of $243,572 pa (including salary of $205,822 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Position Requirements

• Hold doctoral qualifications (PhD or equivalent) plus significant experience in the relevant discipline.
• Registered as a Nurse (Division 1) in AHPRA, evidence of meeting NMBA Recency of Practice registration standards.
• Extensive academic, research, and industry experience with strong knowledge of nursing education, and a proven record in innovative teaching and curriculum development.
• Proven academic leadership, demonstrated through building and motivating multidisciplinary teams, managing staff performance, and fostering a culture of high achievement.
• Significant research profile, evidenced by publications in high-quality journals, successful supervision of research higher degree students, and the ability to attract competitive research funding.
• Maintain strong professional networks with government, industry, and the broader community to enhance the School’s reputation and impact.
