The Health Hub is the CDU Faculty of Health professionally supervised student delivered healthservice.
It provides allied health service delivery in areas of high demand that serve the community and concurrently provides a rich and diverse experience for students, enticing their appetite to forge careers in the Northern Territory. Due to its rapid growth, casual clinical educators(Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Audiology, Speech Therapy, Exercise Physiology) are sought to support the services and clinical education
As the Clinical Educator, you will support high quality rural training experiences forunder graduate students in the CDU Health Hub. This will include direct supervision of students during clinical placements, facilitating interprofessional learning opportunities, as well as collaboration with healthcare providers, supervisors and a broad range of stakeholders to build student placement capacity and quality.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
• Possession of approved tertiary qualifications
• Current appropriate registration or practicing certification.
• Broad clinical experience, with at least 3 years of recent practice experience
• Well-developed clinical education skills with supervision of undergraduate health students
• Commitment to service development and research activities.
• Demonstrated organisation and time management skills.
• Proven ability to use initiative and assume responsibility for tasks and projects.
• Experienced working with people in a community health setting context, including both adults and children, and accomplished in administration of discipline specific assessment and therapies.
• Highly effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including demonstrated
ability to establish strategic alliances with internal, external and international organisations.
• Experience in the use of digital technology to support delivery of health services.

Remuneration
Remuneration will be in line with the official CDU Salary Guide. Hourly rate depends on tasks
performed.
