1. Strategic Scientists, Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences or Chinese Academy of Engineering；
2. Leading talents recognized by national major talent programs, including recipients of prominent national grants for distinguished and young scholars；
3. Distinguished academics from world-renowned overseas universities and research institutions；
4. Individuals who have made significant original breakthroughs in fundamental or frontier research addressing national critical needs, achieved key technological innovations, made outstanding contributions to socioeconomic development, or attained major, impactful achievements in education and teaching.

Qualifications:

1. Adherence to the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, a passion for higher education, excellent personal integrity and scientific ethics, and a commitment to embodying the spirit of the modern scientist;
2. A strong record of research or technological achievements recognized by peers, demonstrating the ability or potential to become a leading academic or distinguished talent in their field;
3. Preference will be given to candidates whose expertise aligns with the strategic disciplinary development priorities of our university’s schools and departments.
