Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Ability to perform a variety of duties to include all aspects of cleaning such as

• dusting, sweeping, mopping,
• window cleaning,
• carpet cleaning,
• operation of floor maintenance equipment,
• stripping & waxing floors,
• trash removal,
• restroom sanitation,
• supply ordering, etc.
  
  

Basic computer skills such as communicating through email, ordering online supplies, submitting work order requests.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities to perform a variety of duties including all aspects of

• cleaning, sweeping, mopping,
• trash removal,
• restroom sanitation, etc.
  
  

Basic computer skills to perform tasks such as email and supply ordering.Experience in operating floor maintenance equipment such as auto scrubber, high speed buffer, carpet extractor.Knowledge and experience in using a variety of cleaning products including "Green Cleaning" products.Maintain a valid driver's license.

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm; May require occasional evening and weekend work.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $34,321 - $35,588
