Coordinate activities related to the HESI Assessment and HESI ADN/PN program testing utilized by Health & Public Services. Assist Manager and HPS Administrators with coordination of all tasks related to the administration of the HESI A2/ADN/PN testing. Monitor Evolve testing website. testing announcements to students, including communication via Macomb.edu website and CANVAS course shells. Communicate with faculty, manager and Associate Deans regarding testing logistics. Work with other departments at the college to build schedules for registration for testing. Monitor and direct students to successful completion of testing. Order testing and secure processing of all payments and reconciliations. Proctor, read, or scribe tests for students with disabilities per ADA requirements. Help with check-in processing and problem-solve testing issues Process proctor testing and other related requests. Develop all reports related to testing procedures and outcomes. Recommend new testing procedures, and when directed implement improvements. Complete proctor testing forms and other required paperwork. Create and maintain testing help guides for staff. Assist Learning Center in conducting and documenting New Proctor Training. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university OR equivalent professional experiences in test proctoring and administration.
