HR & Organisational Change Advisor (Fixed Term)
About the role
Working closely with managers and senior leaders, you will provide expert HR advice and support across a wide range of people matters, with a particular focus on organisational change, workforce transformation and employee relations.
You will support consultation processes, workforce planning, organisational redesign and change initiatives, while helping to build leadership capability and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the change programme.
What you will be doing
- Supporting organisational change and workforce transformation projects, including restructures, redeployments and service redesign.
- Advising managers on employee relations matters, employment law and HR best practice.
- Preparing consultation documentation, business cases and workforce impact assessments.
- Working closely with trade unions, staff representatives and senior stakeholders.
- Delivering organisational development initiatives and supporting leadership capability.
- Contributing to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement activity.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience supporting organisational change within a large or complex organisation.
- Knowledge of employment law, employee relations and change management principles.
- Experience working with trade unions and managing complex consultations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
