Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives across the university as part of our newly established Change and Projects Team. As a People Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to shape and implement change programmes that support the university's strategic objectives, balancing colleague experience, legal compliance and commerciality.
