Job Details
Essential Functions:
- Support the Engine Translation Manager and Director of Cross-Sector Partnerships in planning, coordinating, and executing NSF Engine activities, including partner meetings, working groups, stakeholder engagements, technology demonstrations, investor events, site visits, and special initiatives involving Engine partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, engineering, technology management, economic development, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in program management, project management, innovation ecosystem development, economic development, entrepreneurship support, research administration, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives to deliver objectives involving academic, industry, government, and/or nonprofit partners.
- Experience developing reports, tracking metrics, and managing program performance measurement systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federally funded programs, including NSF, EDA, DOE, NIH, or other government-sponsored initiatives.
- Familiarity with technology commercialization, startup development, venture capital, investment ecosystems, and innovation-driven economic development.
- PMP, CAPM, Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), or related professional certification.
