Instructor/Assistant Professor at CUMC (CPEP)

Full-Time Positions available for MDs in a Psychiatric Emergency Room setting within the psychiatry service at New York Presbyterian Hospital. The candidate will provide direct patient care, be a team leader, there are opportunities for teaching Columbia medical students and residents and for professional development in an academic medical center. Assistant Professor or Instructor Level. Assistant professor requires board certification in psychiatry and 2-3 years post-residency clinical experience. Instructor level requires graduation from a psychiatric residency program. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not essential. Must have NYS license and DEA certificate.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• New York State License
• Active DEA License
• Board certification
