Instructor

The Division of Nephrology in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine is recruiting a full-time research faculty position as an Instructor in the research area of WNK kinase. This is a non-tenure track one year appointment renewable for up to 3 years.

Candidates must have PhD or equivalent, and several years of productive postdoctoral research experience with strong publication record in WNK kinase research. The successful candidate will have hands on experience in electrophysiology, metabolic cage studies of genetically altered mice, molecular biology, biochemistry, and/or fluorescent biophysical methods related to WNK kinase.
